Legal Executive | Up to RM6,000 | Malaysia | SPJ

Job Title: Legal & Compliance Executive

Salary Range: RM4000 – RM6000 (can further negotiate)

Working Hours: 9 am – 6 pm (Mon – Fri)

Working Location: Malaysia (accept work from home, however in the future mostly will need to work at Medini JB)

Job Responsibilities

1. Draft company regulations, including articles of association, board meeting rules, continental policies, etc.
2. Draft contracts related to company-level matters.
3. Review business rules, contracts, and external documents drafted by business departments.
4. Develop compliance regulations for the company according to regulatory requirements.
5. Review business rules, contracts, etc., from a compliance perspective.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in English, including fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Graduation in law or a related field.
• Familiarity with legal terminology in English.
• Work Location: Malaysia or remote work.
• Need to have expertise in legal matters related to financial markets, institutions, and transactions.
• Willingness to travel is required.
