Responsibilities

1. 1、Draft, review and negotiate all types of commercial contracts and legal documents.
2. 2、Liaise with various business units across the company and provide necessary inputs where required.
3. 3、Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations impacting the industry and advise the company on compliance requirements.
4. 4、Assist in developing and implementing internal policies, procedures, processes and guidelines related to contract management.
5. 5、Conduct legal research on assigned matters and provide well‑reasoned recommendations.
6. 6、Attend to all other legal matters as instructed by the superior.

Requirements

1. 1、Possess a bachelor’s degree in law.
2. 2、Minimum 3-5 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably with exposure to in‑house legal work.
3. 3、Proficient in English and Mandarin.
4. 4、Detail‑orientated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
