1. Legal Associates

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents such as sale and purchase agreements, loan agreements, and other property-related contracts
  • Conducting legal research and due diligence to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Providing legal advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process
  • Liaising with various stakeholders, including clients, real estate agents, and financial institutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and files to ensure efficient case management
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in property law and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in law & called to the Bar
  • 0 to 3 years PQE
  • Strong understanding of property law, including land registration, mortgages, and related regulations
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, committed and able to work independently
  • Possess own transport
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work as a team
2. Conveyancing Clerk

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the legal team
  • Prepare and process legal documents related to conveyancing matters
  • Manage and update client files and maintain accurate records
  • Work efficiently under pressure and multi-task as required
  • Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Prior working experience in a related field is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is essential; experience with Corematter is an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
