About the role

Y.H. Wong & Associates is seeking talented and ambitious Legal Associates to join our growing team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full‑time member of our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department, you will be an integral part of providing high‑quality legal services to our diverse client base.

What you’ll be doing

• Actively participating in all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution, including legal research, case preparation, document review and drafting legal documents
• Collaborating closely with senior lawyers to develop effective litigation strategies and deliver successful outcomes for clients
• Managing a varied caseload and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
• Maintaining meticulous records and documentation to support the legal process
• Providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with clients
• Continuously expanding your legal knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in litigation or dispute resolution (for Associate roles)
• Excellent research, analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
• Proactive and adaptable approach to handling a diverse workload
