Overview
We are a legal firm based in Sungai Petani, Kedah specializing in conveyancing, banking & finance, commercial contracts, wills, probate, estate administration, and divorce proceedings.
Responsibilities
- Draft Sub‑sale Sale and Purchase Agreement independently and manage the file from inception until handover of VP/Legal possession.
- Familiarise with banking documentation.
- Liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities such as the Registrar of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN, etc.
- Prepare legal opinions and advice on all aspects of sale and purchase transactions and loan drawdown.
- Draft correspondences, legal instruments, or documents for developers, banks, and third parties.
- Address legal issues in residential and commercial projects.
- Handle and attend signings of Sale and Purchase Agreements and loan documentation.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with a team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in conveyancing (preferable).
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English; ability to read and converse in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in conveyancing‑related roles.
