WARISAN KAYANA GROUP SDN BHD' is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Advisor Executive to join our dynamic team in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As a full-time Legal Advisor Executive, you will be responsible for providing strategic, comprehensive, and cost-effective legal services to our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

Advising on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate, commercial, and regulatory compliance

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal agreements and documents

Providing guidance on legal risks and mitigation strategies

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal and regulatory compliance

Conducting legal research and analysis to support business decisions

Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

Mentoring and supporting junior members of the legal team

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in law or a related field

A minimum of 1 years of experience as a legal advisor or paralegal in a corporate or commercial setting
