Bachelor’s Degree in Law, including knowledge of Civil and Commercial Law, Civil Procedural Law, and Economic Law.

Conduct legal research and provide support on legal and compliance-related issues.
Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate actions to minimize exposure.
Support the company in corporate, conveyancing, litigation, and other related legal matters.
Maintain proper legal documentation and ensure records are updated accurately.
Work closely with internal departments and external parties when required.
