Job summary

Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU) invites applications for Senior Lecturer/Lecturer to join our academic team. You will teach Unreal Engine 5, Unity for VR/AR, 3DModelling, 3D Animation and related areas, with potential mobility to China for two to three weeks per semester.

We seek candidates with at least a bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience; higher degrees are encouraged for certain tracks.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree with at least five years working experience in the related field.
• For lecturer positions in web development, computer science or software engineering, a doctoral (PhD) or master’s degree is strongly encouraged.
• Pleasant and mature personality with a good command of the English Language.
• For China mobility, Mandarin is an advantage.
• Candidates from industry who are willing to explore and move to tertiary education are encouraged and welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lecture and deliver courses in Unreal Engine 5, Unity, and related areas.
• Teach 3D modelling, animation, texturing, and game programming as required.
• Participate in mobility programme by lecturing in China for two to three weeks per semester.
• Support student projects and contribute to curriculum development.
