A leading healthcare education institution in Kuala Lumpur seeks a lecturer to facilitate learning and engage in research activities. The ideal candidate will deliver lectures and tutorials to undergraduate and postgraduate students and have a professional degree in Chiropractic. A minimum of 3 years of clinical and teaching experience is required. Competitive salary scales are offered commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Facilitate learning and engage in research activities to contribute to the academic excellence of IMU. Deliver lectures, seminars, tutorials, and other teaching methods to undergraduate and postgraduate students. This includes incorporating problem-based learning, practical laboratory demonstrations, fieldwork, and e-learning techniques, with a growing emphasis on multimedia technologies. Participate in academic management tasks as assigned by the Head of Department. Pursue individual research interests and contribute to the broader research objectives of the department.
• Deliver lectures, seminars, tutorials, and other teaching methods to undergraduate and postgraduate students, including problem-based learning, practical laboratory demonstrations, fieldwork, and e-learning techniques with multimedia emphasis.
• Participate in academic management tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
• Pursue and contribute to individual and departmental research objectives.
Candidates are required to have a minimum professional degree in Chiropractic from a fully accredited CCE, CCEA, ECCE or CCEC programme and preferably a Diplomate, Fellowship or a Master’s degree in related fields such as Radiology, Sports, Paediatrics or Neurology.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of clinical and teaching experience and must be eligible for registration with the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Council of Malaysia.
Proven records of programme development, assessment and accreditation are required.
