Job Vacancy: Lecturer – Diploma in Business Management

Kolej Perdana (DK328(B)) – Petaling Jaya

Kolej Perdana, a growing private higher education institution, is seeking dedicated and qualified individuals to join our academic team as a Lecturer for the Diploma in Business Management programme.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver lectures and tutorials for core Business Management subjects in accordance with the approved syllabus and MQA standards.
  • Develop teaching materials including lesson plans, slides, assessments, assignments, and rubrics aligned with OBE requirements.
  • Conduct classes physically and online when required, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Administer continuous assessments such as quizzes, assignments, projects, presentations, and final examinations.
  • Supervise students in academic projects, industrial training, and co-curricular activities.
  • Participate in academic administration tasks including faculty meetings, audit compliance preparation, curriculum review, and quality improvement activities.
  • Support college initiatives such as student development programmes, academic events, and marketing activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or other relevant fields (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Prior teaching experience in higher education (IPTS/IPTA) is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of OBE, course file preparation, RPS, CLO/PLO mapping, and academic assessment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, committed, and able to deliver high-quality teaching.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the faculty team.
  • Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritised.
