Qualifications

• Extensive experience in retail leasing, real estate management, or similar role, preferably within a shopping mall or commercial property environment.
• Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and financial goals.
• Knowledge of retail trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies that maximize occupancy, rental income, and tenant mix within the shopping mall.
• Review tenant's sales performance and identify non-performing tenants to provide countermeasures.
• Identify new leasable areas such as shops and kiosks to achieve optimum rental revenue.
• Work closely with appointed retail consultants to strategize lease plans.
• Monitor tenant's sales performance and drive the team on tenancy renewal negotiations.
• Attend to real estate agents' enquiries and identify potential tenants.
• Manage leasing and tenancy admin division ensuring timely processing of leasing documentation.
• Prepare and review leasing department's report on a weekly and monthly basis.
