Coordinate lease signings, renewals, and document filing in a timely and organized manner.

Support leasing executives in scheduling site visits, tenant meetings, and property tours.

Communicate with existing and potential tenants regarding inquiries, document requirements, and follow-ups.

Handle correspondence related to leasing inquiries, proposals, and tenant communication.

Assist in compiling leasing reports, occupancy updates, and marketing materials.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.

1–2 years of working experience in leasing, property management, or retail operations is preferred.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Good communication skills in English and [other local languages, if needed].

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
