You'll act as a strategic advisor, creating digital content, videos, and proposals while collaborating with stakeholders across regions.

Profile

A successful Learning Solutions Partner (Sole Contributor) should have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years in Learning & Development or similar advisory roles
• Strong technology skills, with experience in video editing, content creation, and online tools
• Knowledge of AI applications for learning and digital learning platforms
• Experience with Workday, SSFF, and Percipio is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
