Our learning function works closely with key stakeholders to design, develop and deploy technical and non-technical learning to EY professionals helping them grow their skills and accelerate their careers.
As a Learning Business Partner, you are responsible for managing stakeholder relationships that result in the delivery of exceptional learning experiences for our learners. You will partner with the assigned Strategic Talent Consultant and our deployment teams in the planning and delivery of high-quality learning programs and activities.
This role is crucial in marrying the strategic learning needs of our business with the learning content for learners across EY. You will be part of a dynamic team that helps EY professionals continuously learn and develop and contributes to EY’s purpose of Building a better working world.
