What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Learning & Development strategy aligned with company priorities
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and close capability gaps
• Design impactful programs covering service, leadership, technical & compliance training
• Partner with business leaders to align learning with operational goals
• Track effectiveness through ROI & performance improvement metrics
• Manage internal & external trainers, budgets, and HRDF compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• 8–10 years of experience in L&D or Training Management (preferably hospitality/service)
• Strong in training design, facilitation, and evaluation (Kirkpatrick/ROI models)
• Hands‑on with HRDF/HRD Corp processes and digital learning tools
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
• A passion for developing people and creating a culture of continuous learning
