Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lean consultant or process improvement project lead.
• Good knowledge of Lean principles and tools.
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
• Coordinate and coach Lean Practitioners across departments.
• Analyze current processes to identify improvement opportunities.
