The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, and demonstrates strong problem-solving, analytics, and collaboration skills across

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Solid understanding and practical application of Lean Manufacturing concepts (BPS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of Bosch Production System (BPS) activities across Value Stream areas.
• Improve production line layout and increase machine utilization.
• Apply BPS and Lean guidelines to determine production output.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions with production teams.
• Support Value Stream Planning (VSP) and CIP projects and annual BPS assessments.
• Maintain routing and production data for PgP5 and coordinate re-planning efforts.
