Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field, such as Technology Operation or Data Science.
• Proficiency in Lean concepts and familiarity with Lean tools.
• Experience in project management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Promote company-wide process improvement aligned with LEAN principles.
• Facilitate the operation team in identifying key areas for improvement.
• Manage Lean or Kaizen improvement projects within timelines and budgets.

Skills

Proficiency in Lean Concepts

Familiarity with Lean Tools

Knowledge of ERP system processes

Project management experience

Responsibilities

• Promote and facilitate company-wide operation system & process improvement aligned with LEAN methodology principles
• Initiate or facilitate the operation team in identifying the key areas of improvement, setting goals, and developing action plans to meet the Lean Operation strategy
• Responsible for creating and maintaining Lean culture in the company
• Manage Lean or Kaizen improvement projects and to deliver project objectives within the timeline and budget
• Coach & mentor team on the Lean or Kaizen process to achieve company MIG on lead time improvement & continuous growth target

Qualifications

• Degree in Technology Operation/ Business Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics/ Information Technology Management/ Operation Management/ Data Science or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in Lean Concepts and familiarity with Lean Tools
• Equipped with knowledge of ERP system processes
• Demonstrated experience in leading project teams to meet project deadlines
• Preferable with 1-3 years related working experience.
