As the Leader (Pickup) at MARINA BUSINESS HOLDINGS', you will play a crucial role in leading and supervising a team of pickup truck drivers in Sungai Petani Kedah. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective delivery operations to support the company's logistics and transportation services.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the pickup truck delivery team
• Manage and schedule driver shifts and routes to optimise efficiency and on-time deliveries
• Monitor driver performance, provide coaching and feedback to ensure high standards of service
• Liaise with customers to address any delivery-related issues or concerns
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Participate in the recruitment, training and development of team members
• Provide regular reports on team performance and identify areas for improvement
