Job summary

A leading recruitment consultancy in Malaysia seeks an experienced professional to provide data-driven consultative support to high-value accounts. The role involves understanding client motivations, conducting detailed analyses, and managing all stages of the account management process. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales or Marketing and exhibit strong communication skills in multiple languages. The position requires a willingness to travel within Malaysia and a strong service orientation.

Responsibilities
  • Providing data‑driven consultative support and service to high value accounts in order to achieve business objectives
  • Understanding the individual account’s motivations and goals and predicting key needs
  • Analyzing qualification and re‑qualification data to identify root‑cause problems
  • Managing all stages of the account management process
  • Conducting detailed analysis (e.g., KPI’s, market trends, business data, rules of conduct and code of ethics compliance and SWOT analysis)
  • Providing support in monitoring of accounts to ensure they stay on‑track to achieve their business goals
  • Conducting account development activities including regular relationship building at Amway and ABO sponsored events and various proactive and responsive contacts necessary to execute against business objectives
Qualifications
  • At minimum 4 years of working experience in Sales/Marketing or related area
  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in multiple languages (Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English)
  • Proficiency in other language will be added advantage
  • Strong service orientation, relationship building and social skills, able to communicate with people at all levels in an organization
