Job summary

University of Cyberjaya is seeking an experienced data and analytics professional to lead the University Rankings & Analytics Unit, driving end-to-end data lifecycle for national and international benchmarking submissions such as MOHE SETARA, MyRA, QS/THE and THE rankings.

The role emphasizes robust data governance, cross‑functional data coordination with HR, Academic Affairs, RMC, Finance, Student Affairs and ICT, and translating complex datasets into clear reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in a quantitative field with strong analytical foundation.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive data analytics experience within a Higher Education Institution.
• Experience managing at least two full cycles of MyRA, SETARA, and QS/THE submissions.
• Working familiarity with MyHER, e-MyRA, and global ranking submission platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools; SQL or Python is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data lifecycle for national and international benchmarking submissions (MOHE SETARA, MyRA, QS/THE).
• Establish robust data governance systems and data quality controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional data collection with HR, Academic Affairs, RMC, Finance, Student Affairs, and ICT.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable reports for senior leadership.
