Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 - 8 years of related experience.
• Proven experience in defining and implementing manufacturing test strategies for new products.
• Deep understanding of DFT and DFM methods.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategy and optimize test processes.
• Drive/Validate test requirements for new product introduction (NPI).
• Investigate and troubleshoot yield issues.
• Develop test station procedures and troubleshooting guides.

Skills

Experience with Visual Basic

Strong problem-solving skills

Root cause analysis and troubleshooting of electromechanical systems

Knowledge of DC circuits

Strong cross-functional relationship building

Education
