Job Description
  • Key focus areas are supplier lifecycle support, procurement processes optimization, and PFAS program analysis
  • Leverage best practice program management techniques to plan, problem solve, analyze, and execute key programs
  • Rigorously monitor programs and initiatives and not hesitating to call out risks in a timely manner as well as holding responsible individuals accountable to aligned outcomes
  • Support or own the preparation of key documents for task force meetings, GMS, OBIR, BoD, or other key sessions
  • Conduct required analysis around key program outcomes, including what-if scenarios
  • Partner with stakeholders in driving for optimal outcomes
  • Complex role requiring a mix of GSC processes, GF-wide operating environment, understanding/navigating the complexity of change management in the fab environment
Job Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to engage across a wide spectrum of stakeholders. Role requires engagement with EHS, GME, SQE, GA, Modules, and various groups within Global Supply Chain.
  • Comfortable in respectfully holding others accountable to deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven in navigating ambiguous and complex situations.
