Job Position: Lead Supervisor
Salary Range: Basic from RM4000- RM5000
Working hours : Tuesday - Sunday (9am - 7pm)

Job Scopes
Operational Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth service and efficiency
  • Implement and uphold health and safety standards, food hygiene, and cleanliness protocols
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste
  • Ensure adherence to opening and closing procedures
  • Supervise, train, and mentor café staff, ensuring high performance and motivation
  • Prepare shift schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels at all times
  • Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive team environment
  • Handle staff performance issues and provide constructive feedback as needed
Customer Experience & Service
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets, implementing strategies to boost revenue
  • Handle cash and electronic transactions, ensuring accuracy and security
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and operational metrics for management
Job Requirement
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a café, F&B, or hospitality environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field an advantage
