Job summary

A technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced professional to lead their Pre-Sales team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will guide the team in preparing technical specifications and documentation for tenders and proposals. You will also be responsible for maintaining good relationships with customers and delivering impactful presentations. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills and experience in technical documentation.

Job description

Will be reporting to Sales Director and work closely with Lead, System Engineer and Project Manager.

To identify, define, design, prepare and develop detailed designs including technical specifications to customers.

Must be able to leadelerik u to manage, guide and mentor a Pre-Sales team that consists of Sales Coordinator and Sales Engineer in delivering documentation for tender or proposal submission.

To provide guidance, assistance and knowledge sharing to the team in preparing documentation.

To assist and coordinate with sales team in sales presentation and technical specifications for projects.

Identify and propose best solutions and practices to customers based on subjects and issues.

ntle, write comprehensive technical specifications and proposals including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further enhancement.

Review, analyze, understand, prepare, inspect and verify tender documents to ensure compliance with tender requirements.

Prepare, implement, document and maintain standard operating procedures and protocols for proposal or tender submission.

To liaise and maintain good relationships with customers.

May require to attend tender briefings in lieu of sales team.

Able to conduct presentations within organization and to customers related to projects that the company may involve.
