Detailed Description

STRATEGIC AND AUTOMATION LEADERSHIP

• Digital Factory Site Lead: Drive site-level deployment, software enhancements, and systemintegrations (including SAP, SP2, Optimus, and machine modules) in alignment with the Siteand I-Operation Global teams.
• Manage implementation schedules and track monthly progress via the Global Digital FactoryTracker and COS Maturity Assessment.
• Celestica Operating System (COS) Site Lead: Oversee monthly governance by updating scores, highlights/lowlights and RCCA action trackers monthly in the Global COS Dashboard.
• Management and Progress Tracking: Conduct and own follow-ups with project leads. PM check-ins by Cost Element and lead monthly CPR reviews with the General Manager.

QUALITY ENGINEERING AND OPERATIONAL

• Quality Planning and Documentation: Establish customer PPAPs, Quality Plans/PMPs, andgenerate quality checklists, routing, and control documentation from New ProductIntroduction (NPI) through mass production.
• Audits and Compliance: Lead process, product, system, and supplier audits (including ISO,compliance, and safety standards) and maintain internal quality systems, procedures and workmanship standards.
• Customer Representation and Quality Assurance: Act as a certified customer Designated Quality Representative (DQR) and oversee product and material quality to ensure alignmentwith customer requirements.
• Problem Solving and Excursion Management: Drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions for customer feedback, and lead the team in independently handlingquality excursions.
• Process Control and Continuous Improvement: Monitor and report quality KPIs, coordinate FMEA reviews, manage Engineering Changes (EC) and Supplier Process Change Notifications (SPCN) and drive continuous improvement.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship: Coach junior quality staff to improve quality knowledge, support job assignments and participate in quality strategy deployment.

• Strong knowledge of product and manufacturing processes, quality tools, ISO, and IPC 610 standards. (ASQ/CQI/IRCA Certified)
• Knowledge and understanding of the business unit, including how decisions impactcustomer satisfaction, product quality, on-time delivery, and profitability.
• Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, MSA, SPC, and 8D methodology.
• Proficiency on Statistical tools (Minitab, JMP, etc.)
• Six Sigma Black belt / Green Belt preferred and Lean Kaizen Facilitator.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring of Junior Engineers and Associates.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.

Typical Experience

• 10+ years of experience in PCBA, SMT, and HLA. (Subject Matter Expert)

Typical Education

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experiency.
