Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Engineer/Lead for the Final Production team in Malaysia. The role covers device assembly, testing, process engineering, and continuous improvement to improve yield and throughput.

Experience in RF/electronic equipment manufacturing and PCBA testing is valued. Senior candidates will lead operators and coordinate resources to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Device assembly, integration and functional testing.
• Lead root-cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone and Pareto.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen to improve yield and efficiency.
• Support NPI, product transfers and ECN implementations.
• Develop SOPs and Work Instructions with strict ESD, safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shopfloor operations to meet production plans and on-time delivery.
• Coach and develop operators and technicians; manage manpower and shift briefings.
• Coordinate with SCM/Warehouse for materials and prevent downtime with preventive maintenance.
• Monitor production KPIs and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
