Job summary

Grab Malaysia is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Transaction Platform Infrastructure space to build scalable, reliable platform solutions that empower Businesses, Consumers, and Driver partners across Southeast Asia.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, Design, Data Science and Operations to run experiments, scale capabilities, and drive data-informed decisions with clear leadership communication and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with platform or transaction focus.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights for reliability and outcomes.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Past success leading complex projects end-to-end.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted product experimentation and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Transaction Platform Infrastructure product strategy and roadmap.
• Improve platform reliability and operational excellence across cart, order, checkout, and cross-vertical workflows.
• Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Design, Data Science and Operations to run experiments and scale capabilities.
• Leverage data to inform decisions and communicate impact to leadership.
• Set and manage KPIs reflecting platform adoption, reliability, efficiency, and transaction experience quality.

As a Lead Product Manager for the Transaction Platform Infrastructure space, you'll be at the forefront of building scalable and reliable platform solutions that enables Businesses, Consumers, and Driver partners.

You will work onsite in Grab Malaysia Office (First Avenue).

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Define and drive the Transaction Platform Infrastructure product strategy and roadmap.
• Improve platform reliability and operational excellence across cart, order, checkout, and cross-vertical workflows.
• Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Design, Data Science, and Operations to run experiments, scale proven platform capabilities, and work with multiple product teams to develop scalable solutions for shared challenges across products and markets.
• Leverage data to inform decisions, evaluate product performance, and clearly communicate impact to leadership.
• Set and manage success metrics and KPIs that align with organizational goals and reflect platform adoption, reliability, efficiency, and transaction experience quality.
• Build reusable platform solutions that unblock multiple verticals and markets.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Product Management Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, with exposure to platform or transaction-focused domains.
• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive measurable improvements in reliability and operational outcomes.
• Strong Communication: Skilled in simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences across the organization.
• Execution Excellence: Track record of leading complex projects end-to-end and delivering impactful outcomes.
• Collaborative Approach: Adept at aligning cross-functional stakeholders and driving toward shared objectives.
• AI-native Practitioner: Use LLMs as a daily co-pilot to synthesize research and explore technical feasibility, while leveraging vibe-coding to quickly build, test, and validate product iterations."
