A leading tech company in Southeast Asia is seeking a Lead Product Manager to oversee the safety product roadmap. The candidate will drive product strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of impactful features. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in product management and strong analytical skills. The position is based in Petaling Jaya and is on-site.

The Mission of Grab's Safety Product Tech team is to serve everyone every day by consciously giving confidence at scale across all interactions.
Grab's Safety Product team is a mission-driven team that is creating world-class products and technology to ensure safety throughout the user journey across the various services offered by the company. Some of the safety features developed by the team include face verification, on-trip ride monitoring using GPS and phone sensors, AI powered audio monitoring and in-car audio recording. The Safety Product team works closely with local law enforcement agencies, government regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure that safety remains a top priority for Grab and its users.
You will report into the Senior Product Management Leader, Safety. As the Lead Product Manager, you will drive the roadmap for impact across multiple departments. You will have to work with senior stakeholders and translate Grab's grand vision about the product into prioritized and actionable steps and products that eventually meet the outcome.
This role is based in Petaling Jaya and onsite.
