The Fulfilment team at Grab builds the core platform that determines how millions of daily incoming orders across Grab (Transport, Food, Deliveries) can be dispatched to available driver supply. At the heart of it all lies our Driver-partners who are our everyday entrepreneurs – we aim to empower them by creating the appropriate tools and experiences for them to deliver meaningful value on our platform while having access to earning opportunities. The work you do will directly impact our Driver-partners while also improving the reliability of our Grab platform.

Get to Know the Role

Reporting to the Senior Product Management Leader, Fulfilment, you will own the product strategy and experiences for our Driver app platform and collaborate with Engineers, Analysts, and Business Owners. You will define clear roadmaps to build efficient job experiences across Mobility and Deliveries use-cases and create value for our users. You\'ll also collaborate with Grab\'s Vertical product teams and country stakeholders to refine value propositions, drive go-to-market execution, and improve product quality.

This is an onsite role and is based in our Petaling Jaya office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  • You will own and define the product strategy for improving the in-trip efficiency and experience for our Driver-partners.
  • You will accomplish plans for shaping Driver-partner behaviours while working with country and operation teams to build smooth and scalable workflows regionally.
  • You will collaborate with Grab\'s product teams and country stakeholders to uphold a high product quality and experience bar, while ensuring that any new service value propositions or go-to-market execution is following what we expect from our Driver-partners.
  • You will explore and make improvements to the Driver app, ensuring its scalability and extensibility in powering our use-cases.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
  • You will have at least 5 years of direct experience in product management at a tech company in either platform or user-centric products.
  • You will need to showcase your experience managing the product lifecycle including initial concept, market research, defining product requirements, working with teams and ongoing product management
  • You will have experience applying qualitative sense-making with quantitative, data-driven insights, ensuring that all decisions are grounded in analysis and practical understanding.
  • You will have experience conveying complex concepts and strategies to team members. This includes distilling technical details for non-technical leadership, translating strategic goals for engineering teams, and providing applicable guidance for operations.
