The Product team is dedicated in building successful products and user experiences that affect millions of Touch ‘n Go users every day. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to build products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. As a Product Owner, you are required to break down complex problems into understandable steps that drive product development.

What would you do?

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our product offering, aligning with the company’s vision and market demands
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive landscape within the product space. Use insights to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to define product requirements, prioritize features and manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate product vision, roadmap and progress to executive leadership, sales team and customers
• Work closely with go-to-market and sales team to drive product adoption and revenue growth
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data and market trends to continuously improve existing products and identify opportunities for new products or features
• Manage the P&L for T&G products, ensuring that revenue targets and profitability are achieved
• Ensure that the products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations and certifications.
• Work closely with vendors, finance, technology, operations, sales, go-to-market and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
• Any other duties and tasks as assigned and/or as required
