Job summary

Mulia Property Deveploment Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable Plumbing & Drainage Maintenance Supervisor to lead preventive maintenance, operation, and optimization of all plumbing and drainage systems, ensuring reliability and building standards are met.

You will plan, coordinate, and execute troubleshooting, rectification, and commissioning works for pumps, panels, and related equipment, while mentoring junior technicians and engineers and promoting safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance, operation, and optimization of plumbing and drainage systems to ensure reliability, compliance, and building standards are met.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute troubleshooting, rectification, and commissioning works for plumbing and drainage equipment, including pumps, panels, and associated systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of operations, maintenance activities, and system performance to support monitoring and decision-making.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor junior P&D technicians and engineers, promoting safe work practices, adherence to technical standards, and skills development.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of plantrooms, work areas, and service spaces during and after maintenance activities.
• Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend preventive measures and improvements to minimize downtime and optimize operations.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for maintenance, installation, and repair works, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and allocating resources for maintenance activities to maximize operational efficiency.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management or immediate supervisors.
