Role Purpose

The Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing Lead is a critical role responsible for developing and executing the overall partnership and affiliate marketing strategy. This involves identifying and managing key partners and affiliates to drive customer acquisition, increase brand visibility, and achieve revenue targets. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape, excellent relationship-building skills, and a data-driven approach to optimize performance.

Key Accountability
  • Lead the identification, negotiation, and establishment of strategic partnerships with the airlines business (AB) and Loyalty & Travel Services (LTS), and external tourism boards, banks, fintech companies, and other key stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage co-branding campaigns and joint marketing initiatives with partners to enhance visibility and engagement by coordinating with internal and external teams, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Work closely with the Digital & Marketing teams to ensure alignment of partnership efforts with overall business and marketing goals. This includes sharing insights, contributing to campaign planning, and leading integrated marketing activities related to partnerships.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure long‑term success and mutual value, ensuring regular communication, performance tracking, and identifying opportunities for LTS collaboration and growth.
  • Lead the execution of a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention by identifying potential affiliates, onboarding new partners, and managing affiliate communications and performance.
  • Manage the analysis of affiliate performance data in collaboration with the Performance Team to optimize campaigns and maximise ROI.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor branding strategies to keep the company ahead of industry standards. This involves conducting research, analyzing competitor activities, and sharing insights with the team.
  • Manage the preparation of regular reports on the performance of partnership and affiliate programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Working Experience

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field with more than 6 years of working experience.
