Job summary

GoKardz Technologies seeks an experienced AI leader to drive the company’s AI roadmap and platform architecture. You will guide a cross-functional team, architect end-to-end AI systems, and advance data excellence across the organization.

You will also mentor staff, shape AI/ML practices, and oversee model training and optimization to enable predictive analytics, recommendations, and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• PhD in computational modeling, machine learning, statistics, computer science or AI.
• 15+ years in modern databases, cloud environments, and data ecosystems with AI/ML fundamentals.
• Strong background in end-to-end AI/ML work and deploying models.
• Experience in developing AI/ML-focused business and go-to-market strategies for enterprises and startups.
• Proficient in deep programming to implement production solutions.
• Knowledgeable about latest AI/ML trends and technologies.
• Experience in building AI/ML-based products and leading teams to deliver results.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Able to lead a team to generate AI Roadmap for Business vision/goals/initiatives
• Able to generate Ideas & insights into newer AI-powered business models
• Lead the team to develop AI platform/products architecture/design/implementation/AI Infrastructure
• Lead the team to complete AI automation (pipeline) projects
• Lead from the front as a hands‑on subject matter expert, architecting and crafting scalable solutions, and driving data excellence across the organization
• Provide ideas and insights into new business models that could be enabled using AI.
• Coach and mentor the team and Define best AI/ML driven practices and AI lifecycle, Oversee model training and optimization
• Build and deploy end to end ML models and leverage metrics to support predictions, recommendations, search, and growth strategies

Qualifications

• PhD in computational modeling, machine learning, statistics, computer science or AI
• More than 15 years working experience with modern databases, cloud environments, and data ecosystems and high level experience in AI/ML fundamentals
• Strong background in software and End to end AI/ML work and deploying of models
• Experience in developing AI/ML-focused business and go-to-market strategies for enterprises and startups.
• Proficient in deep programming to implement solutions in production
• Highly knowledgeable and passionate about latest AI/ML trends and technologies
• Experience in building AI/ML-based products and platforms and managing teams of technical and non-technical individuals to deliver results under fast-paced timelines.

Important Note:

• We are seeking a candidate with extensive hands‑on experience in developing and implementing AI/ML algorithms and performing predictive analysis.
• The ideal candidate should have approximately 10 years of expertise in the AI/ML field.
• While a background in the semiconductor industry is preferred, we are open to considering candidates from other sectors.
• Proven experience in leading a team is essential.
• This role requires occasional travel to Singapore to collaborate with the team there, based on business needs.
• A master’s degree or higher is preferred.
