Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs and modern architecture patterns is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, manage and coach a team.
• Monitor performance of BPM and CRM systems.
• BAU support on troubleshooting and enhance existing web applications.
• Develops, analyzes and maintains applications based on user and procedure requirements.
• Participate in new systems development and enhancements to support business operations.
• Manage, monitor and maintain development, testing, and production environments for high availability and performance.
• Design, develop and implement new applications, system enhancements and change requests.
• Apply best practices in software testing, validation and deployment across environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications and user access issues.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing.
• Work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and timely delivery.
