Qualifications

• 6-7 years of relevant working experience as Middleware Engineer.
• ITIL Foundation v4 certification preferred.
• Relevant Middleware and Cloud certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of Middleware engineers.
• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving escalated incidents.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to design solutions.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management experience

Deep expertise in middleware technologies

Experience with cloud platforms

Proficient in containerization tools

Strong programming skills in Java, Python

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools

Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills

Good understanding of middleware security standards

Excellent command of spoken and written English

Good multitasking and time management skills

Strong documentation and communication abilities

Education

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline
