Job summary

Cundall Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur invites an experienced Mechanical Engineering Technical expert to lead cutting-edge mechanical design solutions for high-performance buildings.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across data centres, hotels, commercial and retail projects, managing large programs and progressing to greater responsibility while delivering energy-efficient, sustainable outcomes that meet zero-carbon ambitions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MEng or BEng) with broad building services experience.
• Proven design expertise in ventilation, cooling, heating systems and energy performance.
• Proficiency with Revit, IES, CYMAP or Hevacomp in mechanical design for buildings.
• Data center and critical systems experience is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of mechanical design solutions for innovative building projects.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure technically excellent and profitable outcomes.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects and teams, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Continue to develop technical skills and assume greater responsibility over time.
