Job Title: Lead Generation Representative (MY/SG)

Job Description

The Lead Generation Representative is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. This role is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers.

What you will do:
  • Be a specialist in SMB, Mid Market Account Profiling, lead generation and sales prospecting to generate sales qualified leads and opportunities from assigned list of accounts focused on customer segment and geographic territory through high volume cold calling and other viable channels
  • Conduct lead conversion/lead lost engagement to capture feedback on buy/ did not buy decisions
  • Call, qualify, and convert sales qualified leads from market penetration campaigns/lists within SLA.
  • Execute strategy, drive to achieve objectives and activity metrics, and contribute input to the execution success.
  • Build relationships and communicate with IT and or Management level within the accounts provided.
  • Generate hot/warm/cold leads and hand over to sales team
  • Own a leads call plan list of accounts in CRM/Excel to qualify. Aggressively review call plan and call/other activities in uncovering leads opportunity.
  • Responsible for leads management in accordance with call centre business process excellence. Generate sufficient SQL to Opportunity for sales closure and profile account list.
  • Maintain awareness of product conditions and current offering updates and promotions, and keep up-to-date on knowledge of the PC Print portfolio.
  • Liase with sales & manage effective hand over, follow up to ensure timely closure of opportunities in the CRM
What you will need

  • Good understanding of basic IT, Print, PC & related Services Portfolio; customer buying cycle, and BANT.
  • Proven record of accomplishment within a telemarketing team in the assigned market.
  • Must have previously used a CRM Sales module (e.g., SFDC).
