Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of working experience in enterprise financial systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules and integration.
  • Proven experience integrating non-SAP systems such as Ariba, e-Invoice, etc.

The Day-To-Day Activities
  • Team Leadership & Development – Lead and mentor a team of system analysts and technical professionals, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and continuous skills development.
  • Solution Design & Implementation – Oversee the design, configuration, and enhancement of SAP, Ariba, e-Invoice, HRMS, and other enterprise systems to meet evolving business and compliance needs.
  • Project & Delivery Management – Manage end-to-end project execution, including requirement analysis, planning, implementation, and post-deployment support to ensure successful delivery.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Serve as the primary liaison between IT, Finance, Procurement, HR, and external vendors to align system solutions with business objectives.
  • Process Optimization & Integration – Drive process improvement initiatives, integrations across enterprise platforms, and adoption of automation to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
  • System Performance & Maintenance – Monitor system health, performance, and data integrity; coordinate corrective and preventive actions to maintain system stability.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance – Oversee the preparation and execution of test cases, functional specifications, and user acceptance testing for upgrades and new features.
  • Change & Release Governance – Ensure adherence to change management and release processes for QA and production environments, maintaining compliance with IT policies.
  • Documentation & KPI Tracking – Maintain comprehensive system documentation, technical blueprints, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Audit, Compliance & Review – Lead system audits, post-implementation reviews, and participate in tendering processes to ensure governance, security, and continuous improvement.
About You
  • Education & Certification – Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., SAP, ITIL) are an added advantage.
  • Experience – Minimum 8–10 years of working experience, preferably in managing or supporting enterprise financial systems.
  • Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules and integration with other SAP components.
  • System Integration Skills – Proven experience integrating non-SAP systems such as Ariba, e-Invoice, HRMS, billing, CRM platforms & etc.
  • Solution Design Capability – Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations or customized solutions.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Technical Knowledge – Familiarity with SAP Query, basic ABAP/Basis, Shell scripting, and Oracle DB will be an added advantage.
  • Soft Skills – Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Team Management – Proven experience managing SAP Support teams in complex enterprise environments to ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and system changes.
  • Professional Conduct – Demonstrates teamwork, integrity, and ethical behaviour while fostering a collaborative and trust-based working environment.
