Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Experience leading engineering teams or projects in industrial/automation environments.
- Strong knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems and related instrumentation.
- Proficiency with CAD tools for electrical drawings.
- Ability to work on-site in Penang, Malaysia with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead control system design activities for industrial projects.
- Prepare electrical schematics and layout drawings.
- Select and specify electrical components and ensure standards compliance.
- Guide system integration, perform testing and troubleshoot commissioning issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate project timelines and design reviews.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes.
