Job summary

Oracle Malaysia is seeking an experienced field engineer to support on-site OCI Hyperscale deployments and data center expansions from Subang Jaya. You will act as the CHS Subject Matter Expert and primary field contact, ensuring activities meet deadlines, SLAs and quality standards in a mission-critical environment.

In this role you will participate in global-scale rollouts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to shaping reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience with on-site deployments of hyperscale cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to act as field SME and primary contact for CHS topics.
• Strong focus on meeting deadlines, SLAs and quality standards.

Works on-site to support OCI Hyperscale data center deployments and expansions in a mission-critical operations environment. Acts as a CHS technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) and point of contact in the field, ensuring deployment activities meet deadlines, SLAs, and quality standards.
