Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, or Digital Campaign Management.
  • Ability to design value propositions and interpret campaign data using Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Practical experience in managing complex customer journeys within a modern CRM platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle management of multi-channel retention campaigns.
  • Design and implement automated customer journeys for core segments.
  • Conduct experimentation to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Develop cross-sell strategies and manage loyalty reward partnerships.
  • Balance cost of loyalty with incremental value generated by retained customers.
