Total Rewards Strategy & Policy
- Develop, review, and implement total rewards strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals and market best practices.
- Design and maintain competitive remuneration structures, incentive schemes, and employee benefits programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and trend analyses to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
Compensation Management
- Lead annual salary reviews, market adjustments, and promotion-related pay processes.
- Provide expert guidance on compensation packages for new hires, promotions, and special adjustments.
- Manage job evaluation, grading structures, and pay frameworks to support organizational growth and transformation.
Benefits Administration
- Oversee the design, review, and administration of employee benefits programs, including medical and insurance coverage, allowances, and other perks.
- Evaluate benefits for cost-effectiveness, market relevance, and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to negotiate and deliver value-driven benefits solutions.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with statutory regulations, labor laws, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records to support audits and governance reviews.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity in all rewards-related processes.
Analytics & Reporting
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on compensation trends, workforce cost planning, and rewards effectiveness.
- Prepare management and Board-level reports, proposals, and approval papers.
- Support strategic workforce decisions using analytics and scenario modeling.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, coach, and develop the C&B team to ensure high performance and service excellence.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to address total rewards matters and provide expert advice.
- Drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives within the C&B function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably within a large or complex organization.
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing compensation frameworks and benefits programs.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
- Deep understanding of compensation strategy, job evaluation, and employee benefits design.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in HR systems and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance business objectives, cost management, and market competitiveness.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading end-to-end C&B initiatives.
