About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced partner to join our growing firm in Petaling Jaya and Shah Alam. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the firm, build a strong client base, and mentor junior lawyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in court attendance
• Responsible towards files entrusted from all aspects
• Handle multiple tasks at any one given time and complete tasks entrusted within the requisite time frame provided
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned as and when necessary
• Have knowledge/experience in banking litigation, essential civil action, foreclosure, land office, High Court, LACA and bankruptcy
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Develop and implement business strategies
• Manage and mentor legal teams
• Provide legal advice and counsel
• Contribute to firm growth and profitability

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of post‑qualification experience in practice
• Extensive experience practicing law, with a proven track record
• Excellent business development and client relationship management skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Must be self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and a team player able to work autonomously
• Must be able to start work immediately
