Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Laravel developer to build and maintain web applications using Laravel and PHP, with a focus on backend features and APIs, in Kuala Lumpur.

You will work with MySQL or PostgreSQL, fix bugs, and ensure clean, readable code. Collaboration with the team and version control with Git are key.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of Laravel experience and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on Laravel development experience.
• Basic understanding of Laravel MVC, routes, controllers, models, migrations, and Blade.
• Basic knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Able to debug errors and read Laravel logs.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and PHP
• Build backend features, admin panels, CRUD modules, and APIs
• Work with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases
• Fix bugs and improve existing systems
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code , follow current sturcture
• Use Git for version control
• Work closely with the team to complete assigned tasks
