Qualifications

Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.

• A minimum of 4 to 5 years in landscape construction with proven experience supervising both hardscape and softscape works on site

• Skilled in reading and interpreting construction and landscape drawings, implementing site works according to specifications, and coordinating with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.

• Knowledgeable in plant species, materials, landscape systems, and site documentation, with proven ability to manage site labour, coordinate resources, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain project schedules efficiently. Able to follow instructions from superiors to execute site works accurately and on time

Responsibilities

Reporting to Site Engineer. Maintain all project drawings and prepare site documentation, including RFIs, RFWIs, Reports, Re-measurement forms, and correspondence, following company SOPs. Participate in site, technical, and coordination meetings, providing timely updates on progress, issues, and resource requirements.

Project Oversight & Site Operations

Coordinate and supervise daily site activities, including setting-out, levelling, and execution of hardscape, softscape and maintenance works. Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues promptly, and maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and site diary. Liaise with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Resource, Quality & Compliance Management

Prepare and monitor material orders and delivery schedules. Supervise site labour, including internal and foreign workers’ attendance, productivity, and work quality. Coordinate subcontractors’ work and support the Quantity Surveyor in joint measurements and site verification. Enforce safety, health, and environmental policies, ensuring all activities comply with QA/QC standards and project requirements.

Material Efficiency & Cost Control

Apply efficient construction methods and proper resource planning to optimize material usage, minimize wastage, reduce costs, and maintain quality workmanship. Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, machinery, and equipment in line with project schedules and company SOPs.

Networking & Coordination

Manage daily communication with internal and external project teams, including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, to facilitate collaboration and project support.

Other Responsibilities

Undertake additional duties assigned by the Site Engineer or superiors to support project delivery.

Working Hour

8:00am - 4:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)
