LAND/ SHO OR SSS / SITE SUPERVISOR/ MNE/ QAQC SITE
- Supervise and oversee construction activities at the site, using construction drawings as a guide (co-ordination drawing between M&E, architectural and structural);
- Coordinate with subcontractors to arrange their work schedules according to the work programs.
- Check the quality of work, identify, and address any defects or M&E technical issues promptly.
- Monitor the progress of the project daily and keep accurate records of the work activities.
- Prepare and submit reports for any information requests or deviations from the required standards.
- Manage workers and subcontractors effectively, while maintaining good relationships with clients and consultants.
- To support inspection for the M&E works with Client/Consultant representative.
- To issue RFI, Correspondence to relevant parties regarding any M&E issues.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed.
- Comply to Company’s Quality System, occupational safety, health and environmental requirements are addressed and met at all times.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical and Electrical or it's related field.

2) QAQC Supervisor/ Engineer/ Protege
Job Responsibilities
- Assist to lead and manage QAQC inspectors and quality control personnel on‑site;
- To conduct daily QA/QC inspections on work done on site as per approved method statement & follow industrial standard;
- To coordinate with respective Project Team and other related parties on QA/QC issues;
- To identify and highlight foreseeable defect issues to Superior and Project Team;
- To prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately;
- Compile and submit inspection reports to the QAQC Manager;
- Ensure all construction activities and materials comply with project specifications, safety regulations, company policies, codes, and standards;
- Reporting on quality status and issues;
- Provide recommendations for improving quality processes and implement best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality‑related activities.
- To identify NCR when required to the related parties when there is Non‑compliance / Defective Works found on site ensure corrective actions, and prevent recurrence;
- Support site during the external audit.
Job Requirements
- Experience in architectural and structural work would be an added advantage;

3) Site Supervisor (Architectural / Structural) High Rise Building, On‑site
Job Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating for daily site operation.
- To carry out supervision and monitoring of all construction/installation works.
- Supervise and control sub‑contractors daily work activities, and ensure material and equipment, personnel and tools are available to perform the work.
- Monitor sub‑contractors' work progress and ensure they keep up with their approved work schedule.
- Ensuring all works are carried out as per contract specifications, drawings, PQP requirements, and approved method statements.
- Ensure all necessary inspections and testing are performed and verified/passed before proceeding to the next stage of construction or installation work.
- Maintain site diary to record daily activities at the site.
- Prompt reporting of any non‑conformances to the Project Manager/Construction Manager.
- Ensuring quality of work is always met.
- Manage, monitor, and control the usage of materials, plants, and machinery.
- Responsible for closing defect works and Non‑Conformances (NCR / NCP).
- Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved by the consultant and ensuring removal of rejected materials out from site.
- Ensuring the correct implementation of the works according to technical specification, to designs and quality of materials.
- Any others responsibility as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Site Supervisor – Experience in Architectural & Structural are encourage to apply.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Construction/ Building survey / Land surveying.
- 3-5 years' experience in relevant fields.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to meet tight timescales, multi‑tasking and have a good positive attitude.

4) Site Land Surveyor (High Rise Building, On-site)
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate on‑site activities and verify alignments and levels;
- Oversee all survey related tasks at project sites;
- Liaises with authorities to resolve site survey issues;
- Calculating the measurements of sites;
- Maintain and responsible for all survey equipment;
- Perform additional duties as required by Management;
- Coordinate land survey work among all subcontractors maintain and all establish temporary bench marks all over site for sub‑contractor's use. Check subcontractor land survey;
- Verify and approve subcontractor land survey works.
- Attend/ present company during joint among sub‑contractor.
- Maintain temporary bench marks;
- Manage and file all survey works record;
- Arrange calibration of survey equipment when due and recommends the write off of irreparable equipment.
Job Requirements
- Land Surveyor – Experience drafting in surveying drawing and basic knowledge or studying building plan.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Construction/ Building survey / Land surveying.
- 3-5 years' experience in relevant fields.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to meet tight timescales, multi‑tasking and have a good positive attitude.
- Able to work in minimal supervision.
- Required skill(s): AutoCAD, survey software (Topcon Link) and Microsoft software.
5) SITE SAFETY Supervisor (SSS) – YELLOW BOOK HOLDER
SITE HEALTH OFFICER (SHO) – GREEN BOOK HOLDER
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation of project OH&S management system;
- Assist the SHO as regards to safety and health issue at construction site;
- To observe and participate at safety toolbox meetings by highlighting unsafe act/conditions to create awareness to contractors’ workers;
- Conduct daily site inspection and ensure safe method of working are implemented all the time;
- Inspect and rectifying any unsafe conditions at the construction site;
- Correcting any unsafe practices;
- Checking of sub‑contractors’ work to ensure compliance with the Act and the Regulations made thereunder are complied with;
- Liaise with contractor’s safety supervisors appointed under Regulation 26 with respect to safety of work undertaken by sub‑contractors;
- Perform other ad‑hoc activities as and when required.
6) PROJECT MANAGER/ ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Job Responsibilities
- To attend the inspection & testing carried out by contractors and to ensure all the reports are properly documented.
- Identify all remedial / outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts.
- Keep all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records in respect of the progress of works.
- Report regularly to relevant superiors on the progress of the works and the problem areas encountered especially in respect of defect, outstanding or non‑conforming works or delayed works.
- Collaborate with the in‑house technical team to provide Value Engineering solutions for Civil & Building Works.
- Liaise with professional teams for practical design solutions and provide input during the project tendering phase.
- Monitor and ensure that the work meets required standards through regular site visits and inspections.
- Assist the Senior Manager with project planning, material selection, monitoring, and supervision.
- Participate in site meetings, inspections, and coordination with consultants, authorities, and contractors for project execution.
- Responsible for the supervision, inspection and monitoring construction activities on‑site in accordance with the contracts and construction drawings.
- Ensure all materials delivered to site and constructed / installed in accordance with the conformance of the approved specifications and the project’s inspection test plan.
- Upon completion of work, to carry out final inspections and handovers.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Energetic Malaysian citizen and possess Degree in Civil Engineering/Architectural/Building or equivalent.
- Minimum 7-9 years' experience and above in relevant fields.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Experience with engaging, managing and handling authorities and technical departments.
- Committed to complete the projects allocated with excellence, reliable and technically strong.
- Ability to meet tight timescales, multi‑tasking and have a good positive attitude.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
