Job summary

ib vogt in Malaysia is seeking a Project Development Manager (Land) to identify and secure land rights for solar projects, including RoW permits and related approvals. You will negotiate leases and coordinate with landowners, surveyors, and stakeholders to advance project development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in land, property, law or business.
• 3-4 years of property industry experience.
• In-depth knowledge of land lease agreements, different regulations in each state.

Responsibilities

• Screening new site locations for solar power projects.
• Represent the company to landowners and establish new relationships.
• Negotiate and execute land lease agreements and secure right of way for transmission lines.
• Work with land survey and other land-related service providers.
• Maintain records of signed land leases and registrations.
• Support team across other project phases.
