Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for core banking and card processing applications.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot JBoss/Weblogic servers.
• Execute database queries using SQL on Oracle, MSSQL, MYSQL.
• Develop Shell Scripting solutions for server maintenance and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address incidents and escalate when necessary.
• Adhere to shift schedules to support 24x7 system availability.

Qualifications

• Experience level: Junior (3-5 years of experience) or equivalent.
• Experience in SQL, Shell Scripting, database management (Oracle/MSSQL/MYSQL), and Unix/Linux environments.
• Proactive, technically skilled, willingness to work shifts, experience supporting web servers and Java-based server applications.
