Qualifications
- Approximately 3 years of experience in KYC, AML, CDD, or financial crime compliance.
- Strong understanding of KYC/AML requirements and regulatory expectations.
- Experience with onboarding processes in financial services is a plus.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English for stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Client Due Diligence (CDD) to assess customer profiles and risks.
- Manage end-to-end KYC onboarding for new clients.
- Review documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Perform periodic KYC reviews and escalate issues.
- Collaborate with Compliance for onboarding efficiency.
- Communicate KYC requirements to Mandarin/English stakeholders.
- Stay updated on AML regulatory developments.
- Identify process improvements in onboarding workflows.
